O2 (Telefónica UK)
Manage content migration and rebuild of product catalogue for the 2014/2015 O2 (Telefonica UK) online shop redesign. Create and manage content as part of the data development and online shop redesign scrums. Participate in projects including the iPhone 5S and iPhone 6 releases, marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions.
Work closely with the merchandising team and product owners to deliver online content to strict deadlines. Build and develop mobile device and accessory pages, code HTML and JSON files, edit copy and manipulate images. Update tariff
pricing and stock levels. Validate content changes, review work for peers and publish live content. Provide team training and one to one mentoring.
Digital Designer / Webmaster
Design build and manage the new website for Rugger Kids; a local children's sports club. Design and create all original content, including branding, digital artwork and copy.
Register Rugger Kids with Google and other online directories, set-up social media pages and promote SEO. Regularly update copy and design new images as required. Set-up a secure PHP email contact form to handle incoming email. Perform general site maintenance and webmaster duties.

Create and manage online content for WorldStores Ltd. Develop a catalogue of compelling product listings across a portfolio of over 70 ecommerce websites, specialising in the Office Furniture, Gardening and Outdoor Furniture categories. Write and edit copy for product pages, design and edit category landing pages and create web banners.
Prioritise and resolve work requests through in-house CMS, ensure individual and team targets are achieved. Work closely with the marketing and ecommerce teams to clarify requests and optimise content. Liaise with suppliers to research products and source imagery. Review work for peers, give feedback and provide training. Publish live content.
